Progress Massing and Floor Diagram
Here are some floor plans , I haven't shared on my previous post. It is a rough idea of what spaces I have planned for my program. Although It has already changed based on the comments( left on my previous post) , I would like for you to get an idea and see my floor plans corresponding to the previous post. .

ReplyDeleteI have a couple programmatic items that could use more study. At 9 rooms per floor, how many rooms can you comfortable fit in with the building massing. And then is this enough to support a boutique hotel.
Also look at creating some variety in your rooms. There should be a mix of standard, nicer suite rooms, and even some economy rooms. This is good for guests in that there are more economical options, and to the hotel owner in that they can charge more for the nicer spaces. One opportunity I see are corner units or the extra space created behind the elevator core that could be utilized by the adjacent rooms. This would create larger units.
The saunas on level 2 are probably redundant to the ones on level 2. I also question having the massage room so close to the snack bar area.
